Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

All course enrollments are final and non-refundable. Because training courses are digital products with immediate access upon purchase, refunds, credits, or exchanges are not available. This applies to:
If you are using a payment plan, you are committed to the full payment schedule regardless of whether you complete the course. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of course access.

Sessions can be refunded any time before the scheduled session takes place. Once a session has been conducted, it is non-refundable.
SAF Aware subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected at sign-up. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Digital products (e-books, PDFs, downloadable guides) are non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be returned.
