1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any website, platform, product, or service operated by Life Energy Publications, LLC ("LEP," "we," "us," or "our"), including lifeenergypublications.com, safaware.com, modernholisticalchemy.com, and all associated subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, visitors, students, practitioners, and customers of LEP, including services provided through the Institute for Modern Holistic Alchemy ("IMHA") and the SAF Aware platform.

2. About Our Services

Life Energy Publications, LLC provides:

• Educational training courses in Self Awareness Formulas (SAF™) methodology, offered through IMHA and hosted on third-party course platforms
• SAF Aware, a web-based application for SAF™ questionnaires, chain generation, and interpretation tools
• Chain interpretation sessions conducted by SAF™ practitioners
• Published books, guides, and educational materials related to SAF™ methodology
• Infrared scanning services as a supplemental tool within the SAF™ framework
• Podcast and digital content related to holistic wellness and SAF™

3. Intellectual Property

Self Awareness Formulas (SAF™) is a trademark of Life Energy Publications, LLC. All course content, training materials, books, methodologies, interpretive frameworks, software, images, and media published by LEP are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our content without prior written consent from Life Energy Publications, LLC.

Students enrolled in SAF™ training courses are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use course materials for their own learning. Course materials may not be shared, resold, recorded, or redistributed in any form.

4. Course Enrollment and Refund Policy

All course enrollments are final and non-refundable. SAF™ training courses are delivered as digital educational content. By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

• Course access is granted immediately upon payment
• Courses are self-paced and completed on your own schedule
• No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to non-completion, dissatisfaction, or change of mind
• Payment plans, when available, represent a binding financial commitment for the full course price regardless of completion status

5. User Accounts

Certain services, including SAF Aware and training courses, require account creation. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used for fraudulent purposes, or remain inactive for an extended period.

6. SAF Aware Platform

SAF Aware is a proprietary platform for generating and interpreting SAF™ chains. By using SAF Aware, you agree that:

• Questionnaire responses and chain data are stored in your account for your personal use and, where applicable, for review by your assigned practitioner
• SAF Aware output is for educational and self-awareness purposes only and does not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice
• Free accounts and paid practitioner accounts are subject to their respective feature limitations
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the platform at any time

7. Practitioner Conduct

Individuals who complete SAF™ training and receive certification agree to:

• Operate within the scope of their training level and any applicable professional license or authority
• Adhere to the SAF™ Code of Ethics as presented in their training
• Not represent SAF™ as a medical, psychological, or diagnostic tool
• Not make claims of curing, treating, or diagnosing any medical condition using SAF™
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality of client data

LEP is not responsible for the conduct, services, or representations of individual practitioners, whether certified through IMHA or otherwise.

8. Infrared Scanning

Where infrared scanning is offered as part of a session or training:

• Infrared scans measure surface temperature patterns and are used as a supplemental data point within the SAF™ framework
• Infrared scanning is not a medical diagnostic tool and should not be used as a substitute for medical imaging, testing, or examination
• Results are interpreted within the context of SAF™ methodology only
• You consent to the collection and storage of scan data as part of your SAF™ record

9. Physical Products

The purchase of physical products (books, guides, and other materials) through our store is governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms, return conditions, and pricing displayed at checkout.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation with LEP or IMHA
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our websites or platforms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Use SAF™ trademarks, course materials, or proprietary content without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of our websites or services

11. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with or link to third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

• Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal)
• Course hosting platforms (OnlineCourseHost.com)
• Email services (SendFox)
• Scheduling tools (TidyCal)
• Analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta)

Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. LEP is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life Energy Publications, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, instructors, and affiliated practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our services, products, or platforms
• Any interpretation, recommendation, or information provided through SAF™ sessions, courses, or the SAF Aware platform
• Decisions you make based on SAF™ chain interpretations or modality recommendations
• Infrared scanning results or their interpretation
• Actions of certified or uncertified practitioners
• Technical failures, data loss, or service interruptions

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Life Energy Publications, LLC, IMHA, and their respective owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Fayette County, Kentucky.
